Microfiber is a synthetic fiber, about 1/5 the diameter of a human hair. It can protect you from harmful particles. Our microfiber custom face mask comes with a bendable nose wire and adjustable ear loops, so you can adjust the tightness to fit your face nicely.
Filter Pocket To Insert Replaceable Filter
The filter pocket can accommodate a wide variety of filters. Every set of our face mask comes with 1 piece of PM2.5 carbon filter to protect you against fine particles in the air. The PM2.5 carbon filter is not reusable, please dispose of it after use.
5-Layer PM2.5 Carbon Filter
PM2.5 filter is effective in blocking the fine particles or droplets in the air. As our custom face mask is not medical grade so it is advisable to wear it together with a PM2.5 filter for better protection.
*The PM2.5 filter is replaceable, best to change it every 48-72 hours (depending on your usage).
Premium Packaging
Our microfiber custom face mask is packed with a PET sealed transparent bag. You can use it to keep your face mask while eating or the contaminated face mask after use.
*You should wash your fabric face mask often, especially after you have worn it out. Also, not forgetting to adopt safety SOP measures in public places.

Top Printing Area
The printing area is only available at the top - 15cm (W) x 2 cm (H). So best to use the simpler version of your logo to ensure it's visible. You can have more than 1 logos, as long as they are within the printing area at the top.
Solid Color Logo Printing
The logo must be in a solid color and the outline needs to be thick so that it is legible. Our standard price is based on 1 logo printing. If you would like to print more than 1 logo, please reach out to our consultant.
Multiple Face Mask Colors Available
We have different face mask colors for you to choose from: black, grey, dark blue, light blue, purple, pink, orange, light green, yellow & white. The minimum order quantity for each color is depending on your total quantity. Note that our disposable custom face mask is not the surgical/medical grade.

Full Printing For Creative Design
We can print the face mask as per your creative design, in full and in color. This custom face mask includes background pattern printing. If you have a logo or other important elements, best to place it at the top area to make sure it is prominent.
MOQ 5,000 Pieces
For full printing of disposable custom face masks, we are doing the production from A-Z. So the minimum order quantity is 5,000 pieces. All printed disposable face masks are individually packed using OPP bag for hygiene purposes. Note that we don't provide the box.
